Tanner, Jason, and I left at the crack of dawn to catch our limit of Gray Trout just off of the beach before work this morning. We met at the ramp and took off down the waterway in my skiff. It was about as foggy as I have ever seen it, and somehow got worse as the morning wore on.

My skiff is not intended for fishing in such conditions as it doesn't have a GPS nor even a compass. Luckily we were three experienced boaters and safety was never really an issue even though we couldn't see a thing. On the way out to the inlet we even came up on a shrimp boat run aground...that's how foggy it was.

It proved to be one of those days that we sure were glad to have a camera on board because otherwise no one would ever believe what we caught. We had our limits of Gray Trout, each one was a citation (6 lbs) or bigger. Tanner caught one almost 10 pounds. I caught two on a single diamond jig, at the same time, both citation size fish. Extra Bonus on Video...Jason caught a 92 pound cobia and I gaffed it and brought it into the boat still green; it almost got the best of us.

Enjoy the video, turn up the video for sound...did I mention it was foggy.
